Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Nurse Counselor who will act as the first point of contact for nurses interested in moving to Germany. The ideal candidate will use their nursing background to build trust, explain the process clearly, counsel nurses on language learning (German A1–B2), and guide them about the pathway to jobs abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel Indian nurses on opportunities to work in Germany.

• Explain the German language learning pathway (A1–B2 levels), exam requirements, and importance of certification.

• Guide candidates on the process of working as a registered nurse in Germany (recognition, licensing, paperwork, exams, adaptation period, etc.).

• Address queries related to life in Germany, workplace culture, salaries, and career progression.

• Maintain regular communication with enrolled nurses to ensure smooth learning and migration journey.

• Support the admissions and operations team by conducting orientation sessions, info seminars, and Q&A sessions.

• Document counseling sessions and maintain nurse progress reports.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Degree/Diploma in Nursing (B.Sc./GNM/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing).

• 2+ years of clinical or teaching/counseling experience preferred.

• Strong communication and counseling skills (Hindi, English required; Marathi/German is a plus).

• Empathy, patience, and ability to explain complex processes in simple terms.

• Interest in career guidance, education, and helping fellow nurses achieve opportunities abroad.
