The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care, administering treatments and medications, and supporting physicians and healthcare teams to ensure high-quality medical services. The RN ensures patient safety, comfort, and compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients’ health conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures
- Monitor vital signs and record medical information accurately
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and aftercare
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed
- Respond to medical emergencies promptly
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- DHA license or eligibility letter
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience (hospital or clinic setting preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
