Registered Nurse - For Dental Clinic

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to support daily clinical operations in our Dental Clinic. The RN will assist dentists during procedures, ensure proper sterilization and infection control, manage patient care, and maintain clinical documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-focused, patient-centered, and committed to high-quality dental care.

Location: Jumeirah Lake Towers - Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists chairside during procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, orthodontics, and cosmetic treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and instruments before each procedure.
• Take and record vital signs, review medical history, and assess patient readiness for treatment.
• Administer medications or local anesthesia as permitted by local regulations and dentist supervision.
• Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene instructions.

Infection Control & Sterilization

• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and clinic hygiene standards.
• Sterilize, disinfect, and organize dental instruments and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the clinical environment.

Patient Management

• Provide compassionate patient care before, during, and after procedures.
• Assist in managing patient flow to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Monitor patients with medical conditions or those undergoing invasive dental procedures.
• Handle emergency situations according to nursing and clinic protocols.

Administrative & Documentation Tasks

• Maintain accurate dental charts, treatment notes, and nursing documentation.
• Assist with patient consent forms, medical histories, and follow-up appointments.
• Manage inventory of clinical supplies and report shortages.
• Coordinate with reception and dental staff for smooth daily scheduling.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse license from [Insert Applicable Authority – e.g., DOH / MOH / DHA / Nursing Council].
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Prior experience in a dental clinic or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and sterilization practices.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
