Registered Nurse - Full-time

Redwood Terrace in Escondido, CA, one of 13 HumanGood communities honored by U.S. News & World Report as a "Best Nursing Home 2024" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for its Skilled Nursing team. Current or prior ADON or RN management experience is highly desirable.

** Full-time AM Positiona with Benefits ** 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM ** $45.00-$55.00/hr. (DOE)

A day in the life may include:

• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm
• Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
• Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care
• Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current RN license in the state for which you are applying
• Current CPR certification
• Current/prior nursing experience in skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute senior care preferred
• Current/prior ADON, Charge Nurse or Nursing supervisory experience is highly desirable
