Registered Nurse – Home Care

Role Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse – Home Care to provide high-quality nursing services to patients in their homes across Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, patient-centered care while complying with DHA regulations and UAE healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care in patients’ homes according to approved care plans.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, wound care, and other nursing procedures.
• Provide post-operative care, chronic disease management, elderly care, and rehabilitation support.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and medication management.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
• Ensure infection control and patient safety standards are strictly followed.
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare teams as required.

Mandatory Requirements

• Active DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 1–2 years of home care or clinical nursing experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of DHA regulations and home healthcare standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage home visits efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• BLS / ACLS certification.
• UAE driving license (preferred).
