Registered Nurse (Homecare)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Homecare Nurse to provide high-quality medical and personal care to patients in the comfort of their homes. The nurse will be responsible for implementing personalized care plans, ensuring patient safety, and supporting recovery and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine patient assessments including vital signs monitoring.
• Administer medications, IV infusions, injections, and wound care.
• Provide post-operative care and chronic illness management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension).
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, feeding, mobility) when needed.
• Educate patients and families about ongoing care and medication.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate updates with physicians and care coordinators.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid or arrange hospital transfer when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Valid DHA license or eligibility letter.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience (homecare experience is a plus).
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages (e.g. Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog) is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Dubai for house visits.
