Location: San Bernardino, CA
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night | 12-hour shifts | 3 days per week
Pay Rate: $65 – $70 per hour

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit (RN – ICU) to join our healthcare team in San Bernardino, CA. Responsibilities

• Provide direct and continuous nursing care to critically ill and complex patients
• Monitor, assess, and document patients’ vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and responses to treatment
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and other prescribed treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
• Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in electronic medical records
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and best practices in critical care

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of California
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong assessment, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high-stress and team-oriented environment
• Experience with electronic medical record systems preferred

Schedule and Contract Details

• 13-week contract assignment
• Night shift (12-hour shifts, 3 days per week)
• Competitive pay between $65 and $70 per hour
