Danat Al Emarat is a world-class specialty women’s and children’s hospital in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. It offers advanced medical services across specialties including Neonatology, Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Women’s Health. The hospital is one of the very few to encompass a dedicated Fetal Medicine Department along with a full-fledged Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in the UAE. This has established Danat Al Emarat as a regional referral center for women with high-risk pregnancies, supported by its Level III NICU providing care for the most fragile newborns.

Registered Nurse III - NICU
to join our high-acuity neonatal team. This is a critical role for senior nurses who thrive in intensive care environments and are committed to delivering exceptional, evidence-based care to our most vulnerable patients and their families.
Responsibilities

Deliver advanced, individualized nursing care to critically ill neonates

Perform complex assessments, continuous monitoring, and timely escalation of care

Support neonatal procedures and manage high-risk clinical situations

Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams

Lead by example, supporting junior nurses through guidance and on-the-job training

Contribute to scheduling, staff development, quality improvement, and audits

Ensure excellence in clinical documentation, patient safety, and family-centred care
Qualifications

Registered Nurse with minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in NICU

Strong background in NICU, ICU, or acute neonatal care

Valid nursing license and eligibility for DOH/DHA licensure
-
Demonstrated leadership, critical-thinking, and communication skills
