Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial-minded Registered Nurses to join our team. As an IV Therapy Specialist, you will be responsible for administering IV drips and other wellness services to our clients while promoting the benefits of our services within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer IV Therapy: Perform IV drips, vitamin injections, and other related services with a high degree of skill and care.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional care and personalized wellness plans.
• Business Development: Actively promote yourself and SALT Hydration and Wellness through social media, community engagement, and collaborations with local businesses.
• Community Engagement: Leverage your established connections within your community to grow your client base.
• Autonomous Work: Operate independently, managing your schedule and client appointments with minimal supervision.
• Holistic Wellness: Advocate for and embody a healthy lifestyle, aligning with the wellness-focused mission of our company.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing.
• Excellent IV Placement Skills: Proven experience and confidence in starting IVs efficiently and comfortably for clients.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter who is excited about the opportunity to build a personal business within the framework of our company.
• Community Connections: Strong ties to your local community with the ability to leverage these connections for business growth.
• Social Media Proficiency: Comfortable using social media to promote services and engage with potential clients.
