What You Will Do:
- Clinical Advocate & Care Strategist: You are the patient’s primary voice during their most vulnerable moments. By monitoring, recording, and communicating their condition with clinical precision, you ensure a safe, seamless transition to recovery.

Safety & Precision Sentinel: Serve as the final authority on the sterile field. You’ll maintain absolute integrity over patient positioning, equipment optimization, and supply management, ensuring 100% accuracy from the first incision to the final closure.

Master of OR Operations: Lead the rhythm of the room. By staying three steps ahead of the surgical team, you’ll orchestrate the preparation of cutting-edge technology and supplies to ensure every procedure is executed flawlessly.
What You Will Need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

One or more of the following required:
-
Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
hire.
Additional Preferences:
- Needing a flexible schedule and weekly availability

Previous specialty experience with Orthopedics and Joints
