Job Title: Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Duration: 13 Weeks (Extendable)
Shift: 3x12-Hour Shifts
Pay Rate: $2,477 Weekly Gross

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join a dynamic Labor and Delivery unit in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in obstetric and perinatal care, with the ability to provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients through all stages of labor and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring patients and newborns in a fast-paced environment.

• Monitor, assess, and manage patients through labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum periods.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.

• Maintain and operate labor and delivery equipment safely and efficiently.

• Educate patients and families regarding the labor process, postpartum care, and newborn health.

• Support triage, surgical, and recovery areas as required within the unit.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience required (6+ years preferred).

• Experience working in a high-volume unit with diverse and complex patient needs.

• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse and collaborative environment.

Certifications & Licensure:

• BLS (AHA) required.

• Active Ohio RN License or Compact State License required.
