Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care & Rehabilitation
Location: Passaic County, NJ 07470
Type: 13-Week Contract
Shift: Evening (3 PM – 11 PM)
Pay: $55 – $58 per hour

Overview:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care & Rehabilitation for an exciting job in Passaic County, NJ.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey.

• CPR/BLS certification (advanced certifications a plus).

• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Compassionate, detail-oriented approach to resident care.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for residents.

• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform treatments safely and accurately.

• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to adjust care plans.

• Provide skilled nursing care, including wound management and catheterization.

• Mentor and supervise nursing assistants to maintain high-quality care.

• Respond promptly to changes in resident conditions and coordinate escalated care as needed.

• Educate residents and families on health management, medications, and rehabilitation goals.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation of patient care.

• Work closely with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to support recovery.

• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, regulations, and facility policies.
