Position Title: Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Telemetry
Location: Canton, OH 44708
Shift: Nights (3x12-Hour; 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay Range: $52.00 – $54.00/hr

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Telemetry for an exciting job in Canton, OH.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care for Med/Surg Telemetry patients.

• Accurately interpret and document ECG rhythms.

• Administer medications, perform thorough assessments, and coordinate interdisciplinary care.

• Utilize Epic EMR for accurate documentation and patient tracking.

• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, infection control, and safety standards.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Ohio RN License or Compact State License (must be in hand).

• Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.

• Minimum 18 months of permanent experience in the same specialty.

• Epic EMR experience required.

• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.

• NIHSS certification must be obtained prior to start.

Preferred:

• Previous travel nursing experience in large acute care facilities.

• Strong communication, adaptability, and critical thinking skills.
