Position Title: Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Telemetry
Location: Cleveland, OH 44195
Shift: 3x12-Hour (Days or Nights)
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay Range: $62 – $64 per hour

Position Overview:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Telemetry for an exciting job in Cleveland, OH.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients on Med/Surg Telemetry units.

• Monitor, interpret, and accurately document cardiac rhythms and vital signs.

• Administer medications safely and perform thorough patient assessments.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Adhere to all hospital protocols, infection control standards, and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Active Ohio RN License or Compact State License (must be in hand).

• Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience as a permanent staff nurse.

• Valid AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.

• Ability to successfully complete ECG rhythm interpretation and SafeMedicate testing during orientation.

Preferred:

• Prior travel nursing experience in large hospital systems.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
