Do you have a passion for rehabilitation and a desire to improve the patient's rehabilitation journey?
We are looking for Registered nurses who want to deliver high standards of compassionate care.
We can offer you the opportunity to work with a fantastic team and to enhance both your assessment skills and discharge planning knowledge whilst looking after patients with multiple co morbidities. You will be part of an established supportive nursing team and work as part of our wider multi-disciplinary team.

Night working contracts will be considered, and we would welcome this to be discussed with us. There will be an expectation to rotate onto day shift periodically.

The assessment of care needs and the development and implementation of programmes of care in the ward setting
To be a team leader and provide all forms of nursing care without direct supervision.
To provide mentorship to pre and post registration students and Healthcare Assistants undertaking the National Vocational Awards.
We’re an NHS community and mental health provider Trust based in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. We deliver community and hospital-based care to improve people’s physical and mental health. We also provide specialist support to people with dementia or a learning disability.

In the summer, and during other holidays lots of people choose to visit the area. This increase the numbers of people who use out services.
