Registered Nurse - OPD

 The hospital includes 10 specialty centers: bariatric (weight loss) surgery & weight loss, dentistry, medical specialties, musculoskeletal medicine, pain management & headache, physiotherapy & rehabilitation, plastic surgery & dermatology, pulmonary & sleep medicine, vascular medicine & surgery, & surgical specialties.The role is responsible for providing and maintaining a high standard of individualized nursing care to patients and their family members according to current best-evidence based standards, using best judgement at all times in alignment with Dubai Health Authority and organization policies, procedures, guidelines and standards.ResponsibilitiesConduct Initial Nursing Assessments: Perform thorough patient evaluations according to clinical guidelines and facilitate necessary medical referrals.Provide Holistic Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care while considering cultural and socioeconomic factors.Administer Medications & Treatments: Manage and administer medications, including vaccines, ensuring adherence to protocols.Ensure Patient Safety & Best Practices: Promote a safe healthcare environment by following clinical guidelines, policies, and best evidence-based practices.Utilize & Maintain Medical Equipment & Supplies: Efficiently manage clinical equipment, material resources, and medical store monitoring.Document & Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear and accurate records, escalate care when needed, and facilitate seamless patient transitions.Educate & Support Patients and Families: Implement patient education plans from admission to discharge, ensuring safety, care management, and preventive health measures.QualificationsBachelor s Degree in NursingMinimum 2 years experience post qualificationCurrent Nursing license in country of originHolder of United Arab Emirates Medical LicenseHave Basic Life Support (BLS)
