Registered Nurse-Paediatric Home healthcare

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse with a passion for high-quality, personalised patient care to join our expanding team and deliver an exceptional standard of care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical competence, empathetic communication and interpersonal skills, and a professional demeanour with a genuine commitment to improving patient wellbeing. Experience in paediatric care is highly desirable, alongside the ability to manage patients across all age groups. This is a full-time, on-site role providing home healthcare services within a multidisciplinary team (MDT) environment consisting of Family Medicine physicians and other licensed clinicians. Key Responsibilities Conduct and support comprehensive patient assessments to identify healthcare needs. Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Deliver safe, effective nursing care in accordance with DHA regulations, healthcare standards, and ethical practice. Provide nursing care to adult and paediatric patients, ensuring age-appropriate clinical management. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold infection control and quality standards. Escalate concerns promptly upon identifying any deterioration in a patient’s condition. Support families through education, guidance, and reassurance using evidence-based practice. Clinical Requirements Strong core nursing skills including: Vital observations and patient monitoring Wound care and dressings Administration of medications and injections Blood collection and phlebotomy for all age groups, including paediatrics Knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessment, and escalation pathways Familiarity with DHA regulations and home care requirements Education & Patient Support Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and ongoing care needs Provide emotional support and health guidance to caregivers Promote patient safety, dignity, and independence at all times Qualifications & Experience Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with DHA License or Eligibility Letter Paediatric nursing experience preferred Experience in home care or a similar community setting Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an MDT Available to start immediately or within a short notice period Flexibility to meet patient scheduling needs Why Join Us? Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
