Registered Nurse - Peadiatrics

Orthopaedic & Medical Institute (OMI) is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care with compassion and professionalism. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse – Paediatrics to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to paediatric patients in line with hospital protocols.
• Monitor and assess patient health conditions, administering prescribed medications and treatments.
• Support doctors during medical procedures and ensure accurate documentation of patient records.
• Educate and guide families about patient care, treatment plans, and recovery processes.
• Maintain infection control standards and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for young patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality healthcare services.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma/BSN in Nursing from a recognized institute.
• Valid Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) license.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a paediatric care setting (fresh graduates with paediatric training may also apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a caring attitude towards children.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
