Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and maintain detailed records of care provided.

• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, recovery processes, and wellness strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, privacy, and infection control regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent qualification.
• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications preferred.
• Excellent clinical assessment skills with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced, private healthcare environment.
• Prior experience in a private healthcare facility is advantageous, though new graduates are welcome to apply.
