We are seeking an experienced RN for a PRN position within our spine program. This role follows an as-needed schedule, Monday through Friday. The position is based at 583 S. Clarizz Blvd., Bloomington, IN, and offers a hybrid/remote work arrangement with occasional in-office responsibilities. The RN will be responsible for triaging spine patient referrals and calls, assessing patients for entry into the spine program, and documenting their journey through the care pathway. This role requires strong clinical assessment skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and care teams.

This is a PRN/Supplemental position and not eligible for benefits.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | Day shift

No Weekends! No Holidays!

• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Two years experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
• Knowledge of procedures for performing the functions appropriate to the specific clinical area and familiarity with designated pieces of equipment and supplies.
• Requires ability to coordinate a number of functions for a group of patients in an effective timely manner.
• Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
• Requires ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
