An established healthcare services organization is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse Regional Manager to provide strategic direction and clinical oversight across multiple sites in the Jacksonville area of North Carolina. This role is designed for an experienced RN who is energized by guiding teams, strengthening operations, and ensuring high standards of patient care across diverse settings.

What You Will Do

• Provide leadership and operational oversight to nursing teams across multiple locations

• Drive clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and performance standards

• Coach and develop nurse leaders and frontline staff

• Collaborate with facility administrators to enhance healthcare delivery systems

• Travel throughout the Jacksonville region to support sites and maintain strong on site presence

• Offer hands on clinical guidance and support when operationally necessary

What We Are Looking For

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in North Carolina

• Proven nursing leadership experience, multi site oversight preferred

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills

• Ability and willingness to travel regionally, including occasional overnight stays

• Experience in structured or secure healthcare environments is a plus
