Registered Nurse (Remote Area Clinic/ Industrial Clinic)

Key Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct and indirect care for all patients presenting to their assigned clinic in remote areas or directly to the patient when called to attend a case outside of the clinic. Using evidence based medicine the RN is responsible for assessing, planning and providing care to patients presenting with both acute and chronic conditions.

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history

• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and management

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards

• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

• Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures as needed

• Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team

• Participate in staff meetings and trainings to stay updated on best practices and procedures

• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times

Qualifications:-

• Bachelors degree in nursing or equivalent.

• Three (3) years post registration experience to include two (2) years of emergency room or industrial clinic or ICU experience.

- Holds a positive result dataflow final report and passed Prometric exam. (Prometric exam can be done in KSA with prior approval)

- Fluent spoken and written English.

• Valid American Heart Association (AHA) or Saudi Heart Association (SHA), First Aid, BLS and ACLS is preferable.
