This position is responsible for providing service excellence as a patient advocate in the delivery and coordination of patient care by representing the Blessing Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Center in a friendly, courteous and professional manner through specific clinical and nursing activities. The RN Case Manager must possess a positive attitude as an expert in wound care & must be able to work well with the public by assisting customers, clients, physicians and associates in person and over the telephone.

Duties include case management to a group of patients providing specific assessments according to protocols and procedures, clinical competence in procedural skills, treatments, and patient/caregiver education related to wound care management, and acts. This position will provide efficient and effective care with physician guidance in both the out-patient and in-patient hospital setting and must be able to manage a large number of patients at the same time with high energy and organization.
