We are currently the Largest Doctor on Call provider in the UAE and by far the Largest Private Ambulance Service Provider in Dubai; Our Victors team is 300+ staffs with high qualifications in medical service including licensed Doctors, Nurses and Medics.

Due to our expansion, we are looking for qualified Female Registered Nurses and details as follows:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Registered Nurses to join our medical team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients while ensuring compliance with UAE health regulations and international standards. You must be DHA licensed or eligible for licensing. Female candidates is an advantage .

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with established nursing protocols and best practices.

Monitor, assess, and record patients’ conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient care.

Educate patients and families on health conditions, post-treatment care, and wellness strategies.

Ensure infection control practices are strictly followed.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training sessions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution

Valid DHA license or eligibility to obtain one in Dubai

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (post-licensure preferred)BLS/ACLS certifications (Preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a multicultural team environment

Preferred Skills:

Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities

Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism

Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
