Registered Nurse (RN)

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate exceptional patient care skills. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in an Inpatient and Emergency Room settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care effectively.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Utilize EMR systems for efficient patient record management.
• Perform procedures as appropriate
• Engage in critical thinking and problem-solving during emergency situations.
• Uphold infection control standards and promote a safe healthcare environment.

Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

• Proficiency in using EMR/EHR systems
• Familiarity with various nursing specialties including pediatrics, geriatrics, hospice & palliative medicine, and behavioral health.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and patient assessment techniques.
• Experience with procedures such as suturing, phlebotomy, tube feeding, and airway management.
• Understanding of ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10) for accurate medical documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31.45 - $39.08 per hour
