Location: Maitland, FL

Shift: 12-Hour Day and Night Shifts Available

Pay Rate: Up to $40 per hour

Position Summary

The Rehabilitation Center of Winter Park is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our exceptional care team. As an RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, resident-centered care while supporting and guiding nursing staff to ensure excellence in clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to oversee and manage daily nursing operations.
• Ensure all nursing staff adhere to facility policies, procedures, and professional standards of care.
• Participate in facility inspections and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Address and resolve personnel issues or grievances within the nursing department.
• Support a culture of teamwork, respect, and compassionate care.
  
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
