Job Summary

Aviata at Bradenton, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an RN with Aviata at Bradenton, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to our patients while advancing your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Major Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
