Pay Rate: $40–$43 per hour (based on experience)

Acclaim Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in delivering outstanding care to our residents. Your Role:

• Deliver High-Quality Care: Provide hands-on nursing care aligned with individualized care plans.
• Coordinate and Communicate: Collaborate with doctors, interdisciplinary team members, and families to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Monitor Resident Wellbeing: Assess and document changes in residents' conditions and respond appropriately.
• Administer Medications and Treatments: Safely and efficiently manage medications and medical interventions.
• Promote a Safe Environment: Uphold infection control and safety procedures in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Lead with Compassion: Support and guide CNA staff while fostering a positive and professional team dynamic.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey
• Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
