This position is sign-on bonus eligible and qualifies for a $15,000 sign–on bonus, provided the candidate meets eligibility requirements! This position is also eligible for a relocation bonus if current residency is outside of the designated distance to facility. Are you a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse seeking an exciting opportunity in Admission Holding? Join our dynamic team at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care in the new fast-paced med/surg holding unit.

We’re Looking For:

  • More than one year of RN experience

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing

  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association


What You’ll Do:

  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
