The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing care to patients while adhering to compliance standards. This candidate should be able to recognize patient needs and prioritize those needs with the needs outlined by physicians.
Responsibilities
- Ensure daily rounds of all patients for the provision of quality care and environment cleanliness.
- Ensures that physician rounds for all patients are done and patient is reviewed and monitored for the treatment modalities and patient’s regimens are being accurately followed.
- Responds quickly and appropriately in conflict or crisis situation in pediatrics and Obstetric patient care areas.
- Meet regularly with patients and/or families to resolve complaints and issues relating to care and other concerns.
- Updates area administrator about the patient-related issues and action taken to resolve.
- Maintain and provide update to all medical records and administer all routine tests and examinations for patients and supervise efficient working of staff and coordinate with nursing director to develop all clinical services.
- Manage all patients in units and provide and recommend most cost effective methods and assist in physicians to conduct all everyday rounds and participate in periodic performance and evaluate performance improvement plans
- Candidates with previous home care experience will be preferred

Qualifications
- BSN Degree from recognized Nursing school Valid registration from Pakistan Nursing Council
- at least 2+ years of experience as an ASSISTANT NURSE
- In-depth knowledge of nursing policies and processes
- Readiness to work in flexible hours Excellent interpersonal skills.
