• Hourly Pay Range: $32.00 – $43.00 (based on experience)

• Shift Differentials:

  • Nights: +$3.00/hr

  • Weekends: +$2.00/hr

• Sign-On Bonus: $12,000 (2-year commitment)

• Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Role Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a Cardiac Telemetry unit within a large acute-care hospital setting. This role is well-suited for nurses with a strong interest in cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation, providing care to patients with intermediate-level acuity. The team emphasizes patient safety, clinical excellence, and ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and accurately interpret telemetry and ECGs

• Recognize arrhythmias and respond promptly to emergent cardiac events

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and continuous monitoring

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize patient care

• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and care plans

• Identify clinical risks and actively support patient safety initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN)

• Active Missouri RN license or compact multistate RN license

• BLS certification required upon hire

• ACLS certification required within 1 year of hire
