Summary:

The Clinical Coordinator, RN (PN) functions as a dual-role leader within the physician network, providing direct nursing care while managing the daily operations and activities of both licensed and unlicensed clinical personnel. This role is responsible for the frontline supervision of the clinical team, ensuring that workflows remain efficient and that staff performance aligns with established standards of excellence. By collaborating closely with physicians and senior management, the Clinical Coordinator provides essential leadership and professional guidance to foster a cohesive care environment. Through the balance of clinical practice and operational oversight, this position ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining the seamless execution of daily clinic functions.

 Experience & Education:

  • Associate's degree in nursing.

  • 2 years of specialty nursing experience.

  • Leadership experience preferred.


 Certification/Licensure:

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.

  • BLS.

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm

  • (There will be times that you will work outside of normal hours.)
