Registered Nurse

Department: Emergency -Our Chelsea Emergency Department has experienced physicians and nurses with advanced training in emergency medicine thatprovide care365 days a year in the 24-hour Emergency Department. More than18,000 patients are treated each year for emergencies rangingfrom life threatening cardiac arrests and strokes, to major injuries and accidents, to more minor injuries. Facilities include afive bay observation center for observation and testing before returning home, as well as 20 private examrooms adding a greater degree of privacy for patients.

Location: Chelsea, MI

Pay: $34.77-48.32 per hour based upon licensed nursing experience + applicable shift premiums (when working afternoons, overnights and weekends)

Position Purpose:
The Registered Nurse Provides quality patient centered care considering age specific, developmental,cultural and spiritual needs through competent clinical practice and application of the nursing process. They consistently integrate concepts of relationship-based care into practice and serves as a clinical and educational resource to others on the unit.

Shift Available: 12pm-12am
Status Available: Fulltime (benefit eligible) –72 hours per pay period (every two weeks)
Every3rdweekend and holiday rotationrequired

Required Qualifications

• Requires current Michigan Nursing License
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• New hires must have a BSN degree or must agree in writing to obtain their BSN within five years
