Registered Nurse (RN) – Hair Transplant Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) with Hair Transplant experience to join our growing aesthetic and surgical team. The RN will play a critical role in patient assessment, procedural support, and post-operative care for hair restoration procedures, including FUE techniques. The ideal candidate has strong clinical skills, aesthetic sensibility, and a commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Procedural Support

• Assist licensed physicians during hair transplant procedures (FUE)
• Perform follicle extraction and implantation as permitted under UAE regulations and clinic policy
• Prepare patients for procedures, including scalp preparation and positioning
• Administer medications and local anesthesia under physician supervision
• Monitor patient vitals and comfort throughout procedures
• Maintain strict aseptic and infection control practices

Patient Care & Education

• Conduct pre-procedure assessments and post-procedure evaluations
• Educate patients on treatment plans, expectations, and aftercare
• Provide post-operative wound care and follow-up support
• Address patient concerns professionally and compassionately

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with DHA standards
• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare laws, clinic policies, and safety protocols
• Assist in audits, inspections, and quality assurance initiatives

Clinic & Team Support

• Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and consumables
• Assist with inventory management of medical and surgical supplies
• Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and administrative staff
• Support a high-quality, patient-centered clinical environment

QualificationsRequired

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Valid or eligible DHA RN license
• Minimum 1–2 years of hair transplant experience (FUE/FUT)
• Experience in cosmetic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic medicine
• Knowledge of scalp anatomy and hair restoration procedures

Preferred

• Previous experience working in the UAE or GCC
• Arabic, English, or additional language skills
• Certification or formal training in hair restoration techniques
