Strawberry Point Lutheran Home is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Memory Care Manor, a 16-bed unit specializing in care for residents with dementia. In this role, you will provide compassionate overnight care in a secure environment, helping residents engage in activities that support their well-being and quality of life.

This is a full-time overnight position with no weekend shifts, perfect for nurses who thrive in a supportive team environment and enjoy working independently.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $37.00–$38.50 + $3.00 night shift differential
• Sign-on bonus: $10,000

Schedule

• Shifts: 6 PM – 6 AM (36 hours/week)
• Holidays: Rotating coverage required
• Weekends: Not scheduled; 3 overnight shifts per week

Requirements

• Current RN license in Iowa
• Experience in memory care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to resident needs
• Able to work independently overnight and as part of the care team
