Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Overview
The Renewal Method Clinic is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our functional medicine team. This role is ideal for a clinician who believes in root‑cause–based medicine, values meaningful patient relationships, and wants to practice in a thoughtful, integrative care environment.

You will work closely under the supervision of the physician, delivering personalized care focused on long‑term healing and sustainable health—not symptom‑only treatment.

Responsibilities

Registered Nurse (RN)

• Administer and monitor IV nutrient therapies, including venous access, infusion oversight, and patient monitoring
• Support medical weight loss programs, including patient education and medication administration per protocol
• Perform patient intake, vitals, and comprehensive health histories
• Educate patients on treatment plans, lifestyle interventions, and safety guidelines
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow all clinical protocols
• Collaborate closely with the Physician and the clinical team to ensure excellent patient care

Nurse Practitioner (NP)

• All RN responsibilities plus:
• Perform patient evaluations and ongoing management within scope of practice
• Prescribe and manage medical weight loss medications
• Evaluate, prescribe, and manage Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
• Interpret laboratory results and develop personalized, root‑cause treatment plans
• Provide longitudinal follow‑up, monitoring, and patient education
• Collaborate with the Physician on clinical decisions, care plans, and treatment protocols
• Support medical weight loss programs, including patient education and medication administration per protocol
• Perform patient intake, vitals, and comprehensive health histories
• Educate patients on treatment plans, lifestyle interventions, and safety guidelines
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow all clinical protocols
• Collaborate closely with Dr. Rebala and the clinical team to ensure excellent patient care

Qualifications

Required

• Active Georgia RN or NP license, in good standing
• RN candidates: Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience
• NP candidates: Minimum of 2 years of clinical Nurse Practitioner experience
• Strong IV and venipuncture skills (or proven competency with infusion therapies)
• Genuine passion for functional, integrative, root‑cause medicine
• Excellent communication, patient education, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in a physician‑led practice
• Current BLS certification

Preferred

• Experience in functional medicine, integrative medicine, wellness clinics, weight loss programs, IV therapy, or hormone optimization
• For NP candidates: Experience with HRT, or strong interest with willingness to receive additional training
