Workdays are Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. On-call rotation for evening and weekend coverage.

What you will do:
  • The Community Hospice has a rewarding opportunity for an RN Supervisor to lead our RN Case Managers, LPNs and Home Health Aides who are caring for Hospice patients/families at Capital Region nursing homes.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate closely with the team's RN Clinical Lead, other RN Supervisors, the hospice interdisciplinary team, and Directors to ensure high quality end of life care to patients and families.
  • This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys collaborating closely with a team (our teams include physicians, RNs, LPNs, aides, social workers, chaplains, complementary therapists, and volunteers!).
What you will need:
  • A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York
  • Associates degree in Nursing required. BSN preferred.
  • Prior Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years Hospice, acute care, or homecare RN experience required.
  • Prior Hospice experience strongly preferred

Pay Range: $46.00-$60.76Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
