This RN Supervisor role follows a rotating schedule with every other weekend and holiday required.

Role Overview:

As an RN Supervisor, you’ll provide essential leadership and oversight during the evening shift. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional care, supporting your team, and ensuring residents receive attentive, quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor nursing staff, promoting a positive and team-oriented atmosphere

• Provide direct patient care and clinical supervision as needed

• Assess residents’ conditions and respond to their changing healthcare needs

• Administer medications and treatments with precision and accountability

• Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant environment

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ overall well-being

What You’ll Need:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Pennsylvania (Required)

• Previous Supervisory Experience Preferred – Especially in a healthcare setting

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Commitment to high standards of patient care

• A professional and approachable demeanor with a focus on teamwork
