Job Tittle: Registered Nurse/Staff Nurse/Midwife

Responsibility:

· Timely & accurate measuring and documentation of patient’s vital signs, intake and output and report timely to supervisor in case of any abnormality detected for assigned patient.

· Timely and accurate medication and recording of notes in patient’s file.

· Effective handling over and taking over of assigned patients.

· Cleanliness & hygiene of assigned patients and bedsides.

· Courteous and caring behavior towards patients and their family members.

· Visit assigned patients at periodic intervals during the shift to ensure timely patient care and monitoring patient’s health condition.

· Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Generic BScN / Post RN BScN / Diploma in General Nursing from an accredited institution.

· Minimum 2-3 Years relevant experience.

· Valid license from Pak Nursing council and registration.

· Strong communication and interpersonal.

· Rotational Shifts (Morning, Evening & Night).
