How you'll make an impact in this role:
- Assess patient needs to develop and implement precise respiratory care plans based on specific diagnoses.

Expertly manage and monitor high-level respiratory equipment and treatments, adjusting protocols based on patient outcomes.

Act as a core member of the emergency resuscitation team, providing life-saving intervention during critical codes.

Vigilantly monitor and document patient conditions, ensuring the medical team is informed of real-time changes.

Empower families with the knowledge to manage health conditions and connect them with vital community support resources.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

One or more of the following required:
-
Respiratory Therapist specializing in Registered credentialed from the National Board for
Respiratory Care (NBRC) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. -
Respiratory Therapist credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Respiratory Care obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
