Registered Respiratory Therapist/ Delivery Technician

We are seeking a part time with possible full time dedicated and energetic Respiratory Therapist/Delivery Technician to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide expert respiratory care, assist with patient assessments, and deliver essential respiratory therapy services across various hospital settings. Your expertise will support patients with diverse needs, from critical care to outpatient services, ensuring optimal respiratory health and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patient outcomes while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As well as Delivering various DME equipment. Willing to commute.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapies, including ventilator management and airway clearance procedures, adhering to physician orders and established protocols
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, oxygen saturation levels, and respiratory status evaluation
• Respiratory equipment set ups
• Deliver DME equipment to patients home
• Mask Fittings
• Ventilator checks
• Hospital Discharges
• Warehouse Organization

Requirements

• Valid licensure as a Respiratory Therapist from an accredited program; current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and pulmonary function testing
• Hands-on experience with ventilators, oxygen therapy devices, and other respiratory equipment
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and patients of all ages including pediatrics and geriatrics
• Valid Drivers License
• Available for overtime as needed
• On call
