Key Responsibilities:1. Patient Care
- Provide high-quality nursing care to all patients as per hospital standards.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medication, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergency situations.
- Ensure timely nursing interventions based on patient condition.
2. Clinical Duties
- Prepare and maintain patient wards, equipment, and supplies.
- Follow infection control protocols and patient safety procedures.
- Perform wound dressing, IV cannulation, catheterization, injections, and other nursing procedures.
- Assist in pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain nursing notes, medication charts, and patient progress records accurately.
- Report critical findings or changes in patient condition to the doctor immediately.
- Ensure proper handover during shift changes.
4. Coordination
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and other nursing staff for smooth patient care.
- Educate patients and attendants on treatment, medication, and discharge instructions.
5. Compliance & Standards
- Follow hospital policies, nursing protocols, and NABH guidelines if applicable.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical nursing practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing with valid nursing registration.
- Minimum 0–3 years of experience (freshers can also apply).
- Good communication, empathy, and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Work Conditions
- Rotational shifts (Morning / Evening / Night).
- Emergency duty as required.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
