BayCare is looking for Registrar I to join our team!

Position Description: Registrar I

Part-time - Friday and Saturday 10:00AM - 8:30PM

Position Details:

The Registrar I may be responsible for any of the following:

• Registration
• Customer Service
• Insurance Verification
• Financial Counseling
• Scheduling
• Bed Control
• Cashier
• Reception
• Rotate shift periodically
• Take Call
• Perform other duties as assigned

Additionally, the Registrar must demonstrate proficiency in at least three of these modalities: (one must be Registration) within 6 months of hire. Successful completion of additional modalities within department may qualify a team member for career advancement (Registrar Career Ladder).

Qualifications:

Required Education:

High School Graduate or Equivalent GED

Facility: BayCare Health System, Admitting and Registration-NBH

Location: Morton Plant North Bay Hospital

Status: Part Time, Exempt: No

Shift Hours: Friday and Saturday 10:30a to 8:30p

Shift: Shift 2

Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies

Weekend Work: Every

On Call: Yes
