Title: Registrar - Leeds High School

Terms/Salary: 10 months/$28,960-$33,842

Reports to: Principal

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as an assistant to the administrative staff and guidance counselor

2. Maintain accurate student records in a confidential manner

3. Process enrollments and withdrawals

4. Take responsibility for record requests

5. Prepare official transcripts

6. Assist with monitoring graduation requirements and credit checks

7. Process student information through the student SIS

8. Assist in creating class rosters and schedule changes

9. Provide general clerical and office support, as requested

10. Other duties as assigned by the principal
