· Ensure products are stored as per temperature requirements; maintain daily temperature log sheets/data loggers and submit reports to Head Office monthly.

· Comply with SOPs for storage and handling of cold chain products, including use of ice packs, ice-2 coolers, and thermopole boxes during inter-depot transfer and distribution.

· Examine expired stock for physical condition, quantity, batch number, and expiry date; assist in proper storage and timely disposal.

· Ensure no expired or damaged stock is kept in the general warehouse; store such stock in a clearly labelled quarantine area (“Stock Not for Sale”).

· Ensure no out-of-batch supply; physically verify batch numbers, quantities, and expiry details against invoices/cash memos and inter-depot transfer documents.

· Ensure pest control activities are conducted as per schedule and maintain valid certificates.

· Ensure availability of thermometers and temperature monitoring devices in all storage areas; arrange re-certification before due dates and maintain records.

· Comply with Drug Sale License conditions and ensure timely renewal; maintain fire extinguishers and smoke detectors with valid inspection labels.

· Implement all SOPs, instructions, and regulatory guidelines in coordination with the Depot Manager and Warehouse In-Charge.

· Maintain customer Drug Sale License records in the system; inform Sales Officer/FM of expired licenses and obtain renewed copies.

· Assist in reviewing edit lists to ensure correct batch numbers, expiry dates, and quantities.

· Inform Head Office of damaged stock, short receipts, or manufacturing defects.

· Ensure proper stamping/coding of stock as per principal instructions and ensure regular servicing of AC units, refrigerators, deep freezers, and generators.

· Monitor and ensure timely disposal of expired and unsaleable stock as per Head Office instructions.
