Position Responsibilities:

• Manage product certification and approval processes with regulatory bodies
• Prepare and submit documentation to authorities and certification agencies
• Track and renew all regulatory licenses, permits, and certificates
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impact to internal stakeholders
• Coordinate internally with Product, Quality, Logistics, R&D, and Legal teams
• Maintain accurate compliance records and databases
• Support during audits and inspections by regulators
• Ensure timely market access while safeguarding compliance and business continuity

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field
• 3–5 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance or Affairs
• Must have working knowledge of CST, IECEE, SABER, and GCC regulatory schemes
• Strong communication skills in Arabic & English (written & verbal)
• Excellent coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple technical cases simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel frequently for onsite inspections and training sessions.
• Proficiency in report writing and data analysis using MS Office or other reporting tools.
• Strong team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience dealing with SASO, SFDA, CITC, GCC Lab, or similar authorities
• Familiarity with ISO, IEC standards and Quality Management Systems
• Prior experience within the consumer electronics
