Regulatory Consultant

Role: Regulatory Consultant


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Regulatory Consultant with a strong background and experience in regulatory compliance for DIFC and ADGM entities. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance in regulatory regimes, assist clients with licensing applications and provide ongoing advisory support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Advisory: provide advice and guidance for clients on regulatory frameworks, licensing, compliance, and structuring operations aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Licensing Support: assist clients through end-to-end process of obtaining DIFC and ADGM licenses, coordinate with legal teams, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely submission of applications.
  • Ongoing Regulatory & Compliance support: ad hoc regulatory advisory services including updates on regulatory changes and compliance best practices.
  • Stakeholder Management: act as key point of contact between clients and regulatory bodies (DFSA/FSRA) and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to support long-terms compliance and business goals.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in law, Finance or related fields; professional certifications in compliance (e.g., CAMS, ICA) are a plus.
  • Proven experience in regulatory advisory and regulatory licensing support for DIFC or ADGM entities.
  • Strong communication, drafting, and client-facing skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks, AML/CFT obligations, and corporate governance requirements in the DIFC and ADGM.
