Regulatory & Corporate Affairs Manager

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Regulatory Affairs & Government Relations (KSA & Other Jurisdictions)

  • Act as the primary contact with regulatory bodies in KSA and other relevant jurisdictions.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and legally compliant responses to regulatory inquiries.
  • Monitor emerging regulatory bodies and integrate their requirements within the Legal function, aligning with GRC's compliance framework.
  • Develop and maintain the Regulatory Affairs Policy to reflect current legal obligations and practices.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Planning and business units to support licensing and regulatory filings.
  • Coordinate with Giza Arabia, GS companies in KSA, and the KSA GM/Country Head for regulatory alignment.
  • Support engagement with CITC and other regulators in collaboration with Legal and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the Solutions team to align regulatory and operational goals.

Investigations & Compliance (KSA)

  • Lead investigations into regulatory violations, internal policy breaches, and governmental fines.
  • Conduct investigations, including evidence collection, interviews, documentation, and reporting.
  • Prepare investigation reports with findings and recommendations.

Corporate Governance & Board Support (KSA)

  • Prepare and review agendas, resolutions, and minutes for Board and committee meetings for GS companies in KSA.
  • Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and regulations.
  • Manage logistics and documentation for meetings.
  • Oversee legal processes related to governance and compliance in KSA.
  • Coordinate document archiving with the Contracts team.

Legal Advisory & Strategic Support

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to GS companies in KSA.
  • Respond to strategic legal inquiries from management, with insights and risk assessments.
  • Advise GRC on laws, regulations, and compliance obligations in KSA.

Contract Management & Archiving

  • Manage contract archiving in coordination with the Contracts team.

Skills

  • Handling regulatory investigations and public affairs crises.
  • Developing communication strategies for sensitive issues.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Decision-making under pressure.
  • Leadership and team management.
  • University degree in Law.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 5 years in a similar role.
