About the job:

Regulatory Data Model Governance Lead is responsible for establishing and maintaining governance frameworks for regulatory data across the organization. This role ensures data integrity, compliance, and usability in alignment with global regulatory standards (e.g., IDMP, xEVMPD, GxP).

Main Responsibilities:

Data Governance Strategy
- Define and implement regulatory data governance policies and frameworks.
- Develop data stewardship models and assign roles (owners, stewards, quality leads).
- Align governance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
Metadata Management
- Lead metadata capture, lineage tracking, and sensitive data tagging.
- Maintain regulatory data catalogs and glossaries.
- Ensure discoverability and traceability of metadata across RIM/eDMS systems.
Quality and Compliance
- Define and monitor data quality metrics.
- Oversee classification, retention, and access policies for regulatory documents.
- Ensure compliance with IDMP, xEVMPD, and other global standards.
Change Management
- Drive adoption of governance practices through training and stakeholder engagement.
- Support regulatory intelligence assessments and change impact analysis.
Architecture and Integration
- Contribute to RIM data roadmap, architecture diagrams, and interface specifications.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure system interoperability and scalability.

About you:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Life Sciences, or related field.
5+ years in regulatory data governance or RIM systems.
Deep understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
