Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) Specialists / Subject Matter Experts to support the development and implementation of advanced regulatory frameworks. The role involves designing methodologies, building analytical models, and enabling data-driven decision-making within regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct benchmarking studies to analyze global best practices and regulatory models

Develop RIA methodologies aligned with international standards and frameworks

Design models to assess economic, financial, and social impacts of regulations

Build quantitative tools including:

Cost-Benefit Analysis models

Simulation and scenario analysis models

Regulatory burden calculators

Forecasting models

Establish governance and review frameworks, including roles and responsibilities

Develop and manage a centralized database to support economic modeling and RIA processes

Test and validate models on selected regulations

Deliver training sessions and develop guidance manuals for internal stakeholders

Requirements:

10+ years of relevant experience in regulatory analysis, economic modeling, or public policy

Proven expertise in Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) frameworks

Strong background in telecommunications, space, or technology regulatory environments

Experience in developing quantitative and economic models

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to deliver training and documentation for implementation support

Preferred Profile:

Senior Specialists or Subject Matter Experts with hands-on experience in regulatory transformation projects

Exposure to international regulatory standards and best practices

Work Location: In person
